Jenna Eyrich is an associate attorney specializing in Title IX defense and civil litigation at Werksman Jackson Hathaway & Quinn. Jenna has experience maneuvering through intricate administrative disciplinary processes and drafting effective appeals, statements, motions, and petitions for extraordinary writ relief. Jenna closely observes the developing trends in Title IX case law in order to better counsel her clients through the ever-evolving Title IX landscape.
Prior to entering legal practice, Jenna gained valuable experience as a trial consultant synthesizing complex legal concepts into simple, compelling litigation messages for jurors to understand.
During law school, Jenna worked as a law clerk in the Habeas Corpus Litigation and Appeals Division of the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office, and in the Environmental Justice Unit of the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office. She also served as the Senior Articles Editor on Loyola Law School’s International and Comparative Law Review, where she was integral in creating an online journal and database dedicated to increasing access to decisions rendered by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights.
